There are consistently the same number of dogs in our house as there are kids. When one kid was born, I brought home another puppy. I’m sure there is some sort of psychological reason for that, but to my way of thinking every little boy needs a good dog… so why not one per boy? It’s a loud house in this season of life and we’re embracing it! These Pumpkin Dog biscuits are great to make with little hands helping, and they make great gifts for the other dog lovers in your life too.

Pumpkin Dog Biscuits
A sweet treat for your sweet pup! These Dog Biscuits come together quickly and disappear just as fast. This is a great recipe for kids to help out with! Simple ingredients-simple instructions.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl combine the eggs, pumpkin, flour, salt, cinnamon, and water.
- Knead it just until it all comes together and then roll it out onto a floured surface to 1/4"-1/2" thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut the biscuits and place them onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 50 minutes and allow to cool before storing them in an airtight jar (if they last that long!)
