Cranberry Butter

Such a simple way to make your softened serving butter festive!

- 2 Cups Salted Butter softened
- 1 Cup Cranberries fresh or frozen
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
Add your cranberries and sugar to a saucepan and put over a medium/low heat.
Allow the cranberries to pop and stir every now and then until the mixture is thickened and the sugar is dissolved. About 10 minutes.
Allow the cranberry mixture to cool before mixing it into 2 cups of softened butter.
Serve alongside your favorite biscuits, rolls, or bread. Enjoy!
