Cranberry Butter: A Simple Recipe to Make Every Meal Look & Taste Festive

This has got to be one of the most festive ways to dress up butter that you’ll pair alongside fresh bread, flaky biscuits, and holiday rolls. My sweet friend Betty shared this recipe with me last winter and I fell in love with it! It’s so simple but immediately adds such cheeriness to whatever dish or bread you pair it with.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Salted Butter softened
  • 1 Cup Cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Add your cranberries and sugar to a saucepan and put over a medium/low heat.
  • Allow the cranberries to pop and stir every now and then until the mixture is thickened and the sugar is dissolved. About 10 minutes.
  • Allow the cranberry mixture to cool before mixing it into 2 cups of softened butter.
  • Serve alongside your favorite biscuits, rolls, or bread.
